  • To Improve the Service: We use anonymized and aggregated Usage Data (which does not identify you or your company) to analyze trends, fix bugs, and improve our platform's performance.
  • For Security and Legal Compliance: To protect the security of our Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations (e.g., responding to a subpoena).

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information or Service Data. We only share information under the following limited circumstances:

  • With Your Instruction: We share information when you explicitly instruct us to, such as when you use our integrations to publish Generated Content to your CMS.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
  • Business Transfers: If Elevor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to the confidentiality commitments in this policy.

5. OUR COMMITMENT: YOUR DATA AND AI MODELS

This is our core promise to you and the foundation of our Service.

Elevor will not use Your Content or your Generated Content to train, fine-tune, or improve our general-purpose AI models or any AI models used for other customers.

Your Service Data is siloed and used exclusively to provide the Service to you. Your brand guidelines and generated articles will not be seen by, or used to benefit, any other Elevor customer.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. This includes measures like encryption in transit (SSL) and at rest, and strict access controls.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information and Service Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will take steps to delete your information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., tax records).

The Service is not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.
